Email palpeptide@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours. Put “Bug Report” or “Feature Request” in the subject line and include what happened, what you expected, the steps to reproduce it, your iOS version, and screenshots if they help. Do not send payment card details.

How do I restore my subscription?

On the subscription screen in PeptidePal, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PeptidePal → Cancel Subscription, or use Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or your PeptidePal account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds at Report a Problem with Apple.

How do I delete my account?

In PeptidePal, open Settings and choose Delete Account, then confirm. You can also email palpeptide@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

How do I log a dose?

Activate a vial from your inventory (enter its reconstitution details), and it appears in your schedule. Swipe right on a schedule card, or tap it and adjust the dose. The remaining amount in the vial updates automatically.

The calculator looks wrong

Double-check your units (mg vs mcg; 1 mg = 1000 mcg) and your syringe size. If it still looks wrong, email us the numbers you entered and the result you saw.

The app will not load or crashes

Force quit the app, restart your iPhone, and check the App Store for updates. If it keeps happening, email us with your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.

Reminders do not arrive

Make sure notifications are allowed for PeptidePal in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications.
