Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026 · Questions? Email palpeptide@gmail.com

1. Who you are dealing with, and accepting these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and SignalWorks Labs Inc., a British Columbia, Canada corporation, which provides PeptidePal on every app store. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean SignalWorks Labs Inc. Contact: palpeptide@gmail.com.

You accept these Terms when you agree to them while creating your account. If you do not agree, do not use PeptidePal.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Usage statistics, marketing email and Apple Health each have their own setting, and accepting these Terms does not change them.

  • Privacy Policy
  • Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

2. Who can use PeptidePal, and your account

You must be 18 or older to use PeptidePal. Keep your account details accurate, keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and for any household sharing or device features you turn on. This does not make you responsible for our own security failures, and it does not reduce any rights you have under consumer law.

3. Medical disclaimer and safety

PeptidePal is a recordkeeping and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or emergency care. Information, calculations, schedules and trends are for general informational use and are not instructions to take a substance or change a dose.

Peptides and other substances can pose serious risks and may be unapproved, restricted or unsuitable for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your own care. Verify every entered value and calculation with that professional; do not rely on the app to decide what to take, how much to take or whether treatment is safe. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

The app also shows a medical disclaimer that you must accept before you use it. It says the same thing in more detail.

4. What PeptidePal does

PeptidePal lets you record doses, schedules, inventory and health information, sync your account across devices, set reminders, read Apple Health data if you choose, and share vials with a household. Some features depend on your device, its settings and the permissions you give.

Apple Health is optional, and the app only reads from it. The measurements you allow are saved to your account for trends and syncing. Disconnecting Apple Health and deleting the synced data are different steps, explained in the Privacy Policy.

Reminders, widgets and calendar events can show peptide names or dose details outside the app. Check your lock-screen and calendar-sharing settings before you turn these on.

  • Apple Health data and deletion

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Before you buy, the store shows the price, currency, billing period, any free trial and what you pay after the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically, and a free trial turns into a paid subscription, unless you cancel in time through the store. For Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends. For Google Play, cancel before the trial ends and follow the deadline Google Play shows.

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PeptidePal to manage or cancel. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app, disconnecting Apple Health or deleting your PeptidePal account does not cancel your subscription.

We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Apple and Google handle refunds under their own rules; use the store’s refund process. This does not affect any refund or other rights you have under the law where you live. The store also controls cancellation timing, any access you keep after cancelling, and price changes. If you have trouble getting access to features you paid for, contact us. Restore Purchases recovers your access when you use the same store account.

6. App store license terms

If you got PeptidePal from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. These Terms cover your PeptidePal account and services. Nothing in either document reduces your consumer rights.

  • Apple Standard EULA
  • Google Play terms

7. Your records and our app

Your records, notes and photos stay yours. You give us permission only to store, process, show and sync them so we can provide the features you use, including any sharing you turn on. This permission ends when you delete them or your account. It does not let us sell your health data or use it for advertising.

We or our licensors own the app’s code, design and other materials. You may use the app for your own personal tracking.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use PeptidePal for anything illegal. Do not try to get into accounts or systems you are not allowed to use, interfere with the app’s security or operation, pretend to be someone else, or upload material that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not use the app to provide regulated medical services without the proper authorization.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

Features can be interrupted by maintenance, network or device problems, or outages at our providers. We may make reasonable changes to the service. We may suspend your access when it is reasonably necessary for security, to stop illegal use or because of a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If we stop or significantly reduce a paid feature, we will give you reasonable notice in advance and explain your options for access, exporting your records, cancelling and any refund the law or the store provides.

10. Leaving PeptidePal and deleting your account

You can stop using PeptidePal at any time. To delete your account, use Delete Account in Settings. We delete your account data and ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record. If you own a household that has other members, you must transfer ownership or remove them first. Deleting your account does not delete other people’s own records or copies you made outside the app, and it does not cancel your subscription.

The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and when. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights to access or delete your data.

11. Warranties and your consumer rights

As far as the law allows, we provide PeptidePal without promising that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any medical outcome or the accuracy of information you enter. Nothing in these Terms removes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that the law where you live does not allow us to exclude.

12. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you accepted these Terms. Where the law allows us to cap our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for PeptidePal in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim, or CAD $100.

These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to any liability, warranty or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. These Terms do not remove any rights you cannot give up under the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

The laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these Terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the place where you live. The courts of British Columbia can hear disputes. This does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or to use a complaint process available to you.

These Terms do not require arbitration. They do not stop you from taking part in a class action, and they do not waive any right to a jury trial you may have.

Before you file a claim, you can email palpeptide@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the problem. You do not have to, and contacting us does not extend or shorten any legal deadline.

14. Changes to these Terms

If we make a significant change, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance in the app or by email. We will show you the new version and its effective date, and ask you to accept it in the app before it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can stop using PeptidePal, export your records where the app allows it, delete your account and cancel your subscription in the store. Any refund the law requires is handled under the law and the store’s process.

If we must change these Terms quickly for legal or security reasons, we will tell you as soon as practical, and your mandatory rights still apply. Simply continuing to use the app does not count as accepting a significant change.

15. General and contact

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies as far as the law allows. If we delay enforcing a right, we have not given it up. These Terms and the app store license cover your use of the service. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and nothing in these Terms overrides your privacy rights.
