Support
SignalWorks Labs Inc., a British Columbia corporation, is the provider, data controller, and contracting party for OnCourt.
Join the OnCourt Discord
Join the OnCourt Discord for optional general product discussion. Discord processes your account and posts under its own privacy policy, and what you share is visible according to the server and channel settings. No tracking or analytics SDK is added by SignalWorks Labs Inc. House rules: never post logins, playlist links, or screenshots showing channel lists or provider names. Use Settings → Report a Problem in the app first, then paste only the report ID when asking for help.
Contact OnCourt support
Need a hand with OnCourt? Email oncourtsupport@gmail.com. Include the app version and build shown in Settings and a short description of what happened. Do not include provider passwords, playlists, private stream URLs, or payment card details.
Does OnCourt include TV channels?
No. Bring your own lawful TV service. OnCourt helps you find and play content your service makes available. It does not sell or supply that content.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone, open the device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OnCourt → Cancel Subscription. You can also use Apple subscription settings. Cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Removing the app or deleting an OnCourt account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds at Report a Problem with Apple.
How do I delete my account?
On iPhone, in OnCourt Settings, open the account controls and choose Delete account, then confirm. Choose whether to keep provider setup or erase local data. Deletion may remain pending while cleanup or network requests retry; wait for the app to confirm success. If it cannot complete, check your connection and retry, or email us. Successful deletion removes the backend account and synced data and invalidates sessions. It does not cancel subscriptions or clear every device’s local provider data. Separately sent support reports and third-party billing records follow their own retention rules. If you use only Apple TV or Mac, email us for account-deletion help; unlinking is not deletion. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I report an app problem?
Open Settings → Report a Problem, or use Report a Problem on a waiting or error screen when offered. Save the report and choose Send if you want to submit it. Keep the short report code and include it in your email. Reports contain limited technical counts, timings, and fixed categories, not credentials or provider content. If offline, keep the saved report; on iPhone you can choose Export saved report when offered. Sending to OnCourt is separate from Apple’s purchase refund service.
How do I contact you from Apple TV?
Use your phone or computer to email oncourtsupport@gmail.com. The TV shows our address and help information; it does not require a mail app. Include the version and build from the TV’s Settings.
Why will a stream not play?
Check that your own TV service is working and that its connection allowance is available. Use the app’s Retry or Back controls. If the problem continues, use Report a Problem and send us the code. Never send us a playable URL or your provider login.
