Terms of Use

Last updated: September 18, 2026

SignalWorks Labs Inc., a British Columbia corporation, is the provider, data controller, and contracting party for OnCourt.

These terms cover OnCourt, provided by SignalWorks Labs Inc., Canada. By using OnCourt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

App Store licence

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless these terms say otherwise. These are our supplemental service terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or changes your separate agreement with Apple.

Bring your own lawful TV service

OnCourt provides no TV channels, streams, subscriptions to TV content, or rights to watch it. You supply your own lawfully obtained TV service. You are responsible for having permission to access that service and content, and for following its terms and the law. Do not use OnCourt to bypass access controls, geographic restrictions, payment requirements, or copyright protections.

Subscriptions

Paid access is sold through Apple. The price, currency, billing period, and any offer are shown before purchase. Monthly and annual options may be offered. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid unless cancelled in time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting OnCourt or your OnCourt account does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund requests; visit Apple’s refund service. Access normally continues until the end of your paid period, subject to Apple’s trial, refund, and subscription rules. A lifetime purchase, if previously purchased or separately made available, is a one-time product and does not renew; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever.

Using OnCourt responsibly

Keep your account and pairing codes secure. Do not abuse the service, disrupt other users, probe accounts you do not own, send malicious traffic, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to extract provider secrets from other users. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or respond to serious misuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us. You may stop using OnCourt and delete your account at any time.

Scores and availability

Scores, schedules, artwork, recommendations, and other information are provided as available. They can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on them for betting or other important decisions. We do not control your TV provider, Apple, your network, or external sports sources. Features may change or be unavailable.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, OnCourt is provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for every purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your provider or other external services. Apple’s standard EULA includes further warranty and liability terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

Our supplemental terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights and courts available where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as OnCourt changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes where required. Questions or concerns? Contact oncourtsupport@gmail.com.
